Performing Arts Self Tapes for Auditions Academy

Learn the tricks of the trade for preparing self tapes for Auditions

Are you a budding actor/actress or the next musical theatre star? This Saturday academy will take you through the tips and tricks of the trade on how to record self tapes for performing arts auditions.

Week 1 Monologue Week. Get feedback from performing your monologues and then get all the technical specifics for recording a self tape

Week 2 Dance week.  Students will learn a simple dance routine and will be taught the difference between a self tape for acting and for dance

Week 3 Dance week – students will film self tapes of the dance routine learnt the previous week and receive feedback

Week 4 Singing week – students will perform songs for feedback and be given the specifics of recording a self tape for singing including cutting music

The cost for all four weeks is £95.00.

Students are expected to arrive 15 minutes before the start time and to be picked up promptly at the end time. Students will need to provide proof of age on arrival.

Refunds Policy

Please note that we are not able to issue refunds once a place on a Saturday Academy is booked. We are happy, however, to allow a student name change on the booking should a friend/relative wish to take the place instead. The booking name change must be made at least 3 working days ahead of the first class taking place.
