Animal Management AcademyAnimal Management AcademyAnimal Management AcademyDescriptionAnimal Management Academy We hold an Animal Management Saturday Academy for 13-16 year olds at Nescot in Ewell, near Epsom. Our academies are fun and instructive Saturday courses that last four weeks. They start at 10am and finish at 1pm on consecutive Saturdays. Are you ready for a weekend adventure like no other? Join our Saturday Academy and discover what it is really like to work with animals. Over four action packed Saturday mornings you’ll not only meet classic farm animals like goats and donkeys but also get up close with exotic creatures like owls, snakes, lizards and more! Our Saturday Academy will teach you hands-on skills like feeding, grooming and handling with a range of amazing species. Whether you’re dreaming of a future working with animals or just looking for a unique hands on adventure this programme is packed with unforgettable experiences, new friends and tons of fun! Spaces are limited so sign up today and let the fun begin. Please note that you will be outside whatever the weather so please dress appropriately for the weather. Please email [email protected] before booking if you have any allergies that could affect you whilst on the course e.g. allergies to animal fur, hay and straw or nut-containing animal feeds. Students will also need warm and waterproof clothes and stout shoes or wellingtons as there will be outdoor activities. The cost for all four weeks is £95.00. Students are expected to arrive 15 minutes before the start time and to be picked up promptly at the end time. Students will need to provide proof of age on arrival. If you have an EHCP or any other special requirements please contact Lynn Simmons [email protected] before booking. Refunds Policy Please note that we are not able to issue refunds once a place on a Saturday Academy is booked. We are happy, however, to allow a student name change on the booking should a friend/relative wish to take the place instead. The booking name change must be made at least 3 working days ahead of the first class taking place.
