If you decide you cannot come after the installments are paid, this must be decided 10 weeks before travel, which is February 17th , 2025. After this time, refunds will not be available.
This is also at the risk of needing to find a replacement for your spot to cover the rise of costs.
All students who have paid must accept responsibility for their place, and if for any reason they go on disciplinary and cannot go, they will not get a refund.
A copy of a valid passport must be brought in once the deposit has been made. You must have 3 months after the day we plan to leave (check the ‘expiry date’).
