Sport Saturday Academy

We hold a Sports Saturday Academy for 13-16 year olds at Nescot in Ewell, near Epsom. Our academies are fun and instructive Saturday courses that last four weeks. They start at 10am and finish at 1pm on consecutive Saturdays.

Sport: Invasion Games (Tag games, football, basketball, Hockey, tag rugby, netball)

Get active, build skills and level up your game!  Our 4-week Sport Saturday Academy for 13–16 year olds is packed with fun, fast-paced invasion games like football, basketball, hockey, tag rugby and more.

Week 1: Master movement fundamentals – agility, balance, coordination & speed.

Week 2: Learn the tactics of invasion games – attacking & defending.

Week 3: Take on small-sided games to sharpen decision-making & creativity.

Week 4: Put it all together in a tournament, showcasing teamwork & strategy. Teams will partake in four different invasion games over the course of the three hours, earning points for results and bonus points for displaying essential skills such as sportsmanship and teamwork.

The cost for all four weeks is £95.00.

Students are expected to arrive 15 minutes before the start time and to be picked up promptly at the end time. Students will need to provide proof of age on arrival.

Refunds Policy

Please note that we are not able to issue refunds once a place on a Saturday Academy is booked. We are happy, however, to allow a student name change on the booking should a friend/relative wish to take the place instead. The booking name change must be made at least 3 working days ahead of the first class taking place.
