We hold a Sports Saturday Academy for 13-16 year olds at Nescot in Ewell, near Epsom. Our academies are fun and instructive Saturday courses that last four weeks. They start at 10am and finish at 1pm on consecutive Saturdays, the 14th, 21st, 28th November and the 5th December 2026.

Our 4-week Saturday Sports Academy gives you the chance to play exciting invasion games, develop new skills, build confidence and take on new challenges in a supportive environment.

Whether you’re already sporty or just want to give something new a go, you’ll learn, compete, lead and have fun — while building skills that matter both on and off the pitch.

Our 4 week programme will include:

Football – Skills and Teamwork.  Develop passing, movement, ball control and communication while learning how to work effectively as a team

Basketball  - Tactics and Decision Making.  Build basketball skills through games and challenges.  Develop movement, passing, attacking and defending, while learning how to make quick decisions and communicate with teammates

Tag Rugby – Speed and Strategy – experience the fast paced world of tag rugby.  Develop agility, spatial awareness, teamwork and tactical thinking with activities designed to build confidence and resilience.

Sports Challenge –Lead and Achieve.  Put your skills into actions and take part in a series of team challenges and mini games with opportunities to demonstrate leadership, communication, resilience and sportsmanship.

The cost for all four weeks is £95.00.

Students are expected to arrive 15 minutes before the start time and to be picked up promptly at the end time. Students will need to provide proof of age on arrival.

If you have an EHCP or any other special requirements please contact Lynn Simmons lsimmons@nescot.ac.uk attaching your EHCP before booking. 

Refunds Policy

Please note that we are not able to issue refunds once a place on a Saturday Academy is booked. We are happy, however, to allow a student name change on the booking should a friend/relative wish to take the place instead. The booking name change must be made at least 3 working days ahead of the first class taking place.
