We hold a Performing Arts Saturday Academy for 13-16 year olds at Nescot in Ewell, near Epsom. Our academies are fun and instructive Saturday courses that last four weeks. They start at 10am and finish at 1pm on consecutive Saturdays.

Do you love performing? Want to try something new, build your confidence, and have fun with others who share your passion? –Whether you’re a beginner or already experienced, our Saturday Academy is the perfect place to learn, grow, and have fun!

Each week we’ll dive into a different area of the performing arts:
Week 1:   Acting (Stagecraft & Performance Skills)
Bring characters to life, learn to think on your feet with improvisation, and develop the confidence to own the stage. Through games, scripts, and performance exercises, you’ll discover how to tell powerful stories and connect with your audience.

Week 2: Singing (Find Your Voice!)
Discover the power of your voice! Whether you love pop, musical theatre, or just singing along to your playlist, you’ll learn vocal techniques to improve your range, projection, and confidence. Perform as part of an ensemble and shine in solo moments, too.

Week 3: Dancing (Move with Confidence)
From high-energy routines to storytelling through movement, dance is all about expression. You’ll learn choreography, explore different dance styles, and improve your coordination, rhythm, and stage presence — all while having loads of fun.

Week 4: Acting for Screen (Camera Confidence & TikTok Tricks)
Ever wondered how acting changes when the camera’s on? Learn the secrets of screen performance — from subtle facial expressions to hitting your mark on set. Plus, discover how these skills can help you work the camera like a pro, whether you’re auditioning on film or levelling up your next TikTok!

The cost for all four weeks is £95.00.

Students are expected to arrive 15 minutes before the start time and to be picked up promptly at the end time. Students will need to provide proof of age on arrival.

Refunds Policy

Please note that we are not able to issue refunds once a place on a Saturday Academy is booked. We are happy, however, to allow a student name change on the booking should a friend/relative wish to take the place instead. The booking name change must be made at least 3 working days ahead of the first class taking place.
