Creative Computing Academy
We hold a Saturday Academy in Creative Computing for 13-16 year olds at Nescot in Ewell, near Epsom. Our academies are fun and instructive Saturday courses that last four weeks. They start at 10am and finish at 1pm on consecutive Saturdays.
The cost for all four weeks is £90.00.
Students are expected to arrive 15 minutes before the start time and to be picked up promptly at the end time. Students will need to provide proof of age on arrival.
Enjoy playing Fortnite? At Nescot you can take that interest in computers and turn it into a skill set that will prepare you for a career in IT.
This academy is created for young people who want to try out programming and is a fun way to learn computing in a social setting.
Students are taught to code using software like Python, After Effects and Gamemaker. We use a series of computer game projects, which help students learn the core concepts of software development and coding.
