We hold a Chef Saturday Academy for 13-16 year olds at Nescot in Ewell, near Epsom. Our academies are fun and instructive Saturday courses that last four weeks. They start at 10am and finish at 1pm on consecutive Saturdays.

Learn how to cook with our professional chef lecturers. Each week you will prepare and cook a range of interesting dishes. If you’ve been before, we do all new recipes in every season of our Academies. You will gain new skills and confidence alongside developing your knowledge and understanding of ingredients and a healthy balanced diet.

The cost for all four weeks is £95.00.

Students are expected to arrive 15 minutes before the start time and to be picked up promptly at the end time. Students will need to provide proof of age on arrival.

Refunds Policy

Please note that as our academies are in high demand we do not issue refunds once a course is booked. We are happy, however, to allow a student name change on the booking should a friend/relative wish to take the place instead or, in exceptional circumstances, we can transfer the place to the next round of Saturday Academies.
